e-Flyers
This is the last week of our extended Open Season! We agreed on what was gonna happen for Showcase Week, and came up with the design for our e-flyer / invite - I did the base design, YH helped with many edits.
We had to confirm many logistical and invitational matters, especially sending out the invites & inviting guest moderators for our planned talks! More deets below~
As per usual, a post updated on our IG feed detailing what's happening for the Showcase Week & when.
Here's the finalized version of our e-flyer, the design is based of from the command box in windows PCs. Like a window of text if you will. I thought it'd be funny to quickly draft up clones of my avatars on different blocks & heights in Sketchup - just for the heck of it!
And here's the CMYK (printable version), I made an RGB version just in case we had to send that out instead...which was the case for later invites via Whatsapp.
So as these e-flyers were being sent out (I had Bev & Amanda help me do it in my stead),
I went around asking if anyone wanted to help moderate our talks. I'm fortunate to had Jeremy's generosity to spare time and energy for the chaotic Opening Stream, and Celeste to guide our free-for-all Discussion Panel.
They both showed interest and much curiosity for our project, and gave encouraging feedback and kind words to us and our future plans!
